After just 11 months of sparse usage, TV screen started showing white lines and screen started flickering. I put a complaint and a technician came and took pictures and videos of the issue and he confirmed that it was not physical damage and that I will get a call/ email from the call center. I did not get and kept on chasing them. Then I got an email stating that my number was not reachable however I had asked them to update my number and call me on another number as the old number was not reachable. They did not note this. Finally they said since it was categorized as physical damage but it did not appear to be so, they asked a 'Brand' technician to come and check it again. Now I am waiting for the brand technician to come for last 5 days but no one has come. When i call the call center they tell me different things every time. They tell me that they cannot even update my number on the account, some reps even lie by telling me that it is updated. So after dealing with a ### product which cost me 30k, I also have to deal with lies and ### CUSTOMER service. And still no talk about replacement or repair. Was this information helpful? |
