I didn't believe that what the mistaken I was done from my end to purchase that worst product. Lots of money I wasted for the services and purchased that product.
Your service centre is limited due to that reason its very difficult to maintain the e cycle.
Within few hours ago suddenly e cycle motor doesn't work on chingrighata, might be some issue in the cycle motor. At the midnight I have to brought the cycle at Newtown with a walking distance of around 8-9 KM.
Which type of product and customer satisfaction you provide to sell at Pan India? It's ridiculous i believe that and most interesting fun fact is that I bought an extended warranty for this product which I paid for it.
Either repair my electricity cycle or refund my money back. I already have warranty, so it's depends on your work ethics.
If you want I had to pay for the repair charges then definitely I will pay but it's very difficult to bring that to the service to drive around 26-28 KM.
I beleive Total warranty which was I received as per your documents is 3 years but how many times I had to visit your service centre.
Also attachment has been shared with you for your reference to how much money I spent on it. Those payment are shared which was payment at online mode, offline mode I don't have any record on my end.
Note: Repair or Refund both depends on your work ethics.
