Hello team,
I am parent who has paid development fee(Donation) and admission fee and donation and fees until first term to existing school my ward was std 1st Student. Due to financial crunch. I cannot proceed with fee and seeked those undesirable cost adjusted and leaving certificate released in order for me to admit my ward to low-cost fee education .As due to unavoidable circumstances, financial issues, I cannot pay the back log nor continue to this existing school. The new school in-order for admission demands leaving certificate to admit my kid to 2nd standard and old school has taken whooping amount Already, not ready to release the certificate. They have halted my kid’s 2nd STD education due to non-payment of fees nor are ready to release her from their esteemed school . It’s not affordable, nor I can pay to continue. I need to enrol my kid to different board local ways as left Pune city two months ago, to continue her 2nd STD curriculum.
Every child has right to education and the system is not allowing levy to allow admission of child to affordable fee due to extra handsome amount already taken by previous school when I could afford I had enrolled now my kids education is on hold from existing school and no release is been offered from the staff . All I demand is Leaving certificate and her held report cards given by old school as adjustment for huge amount taken in adv as adjustments. Please advise help.
SC norms do not work in schools they ask for TC / leaving certificate and OLD SCHOOL IS denying to provide nor allowing my KID to continue her schooling due to finances, not paid.
Please help us on getting the TC for a year 56, 000 ( amt is donation and development fee activity fee etc ) plus 27000 first term installment was paid plus books worth 2591 was paid I am asking them to adjust these amounts as fee and give the Leaving certificate.
As when school re-opens I wont be able to continue as I have relocated . Inorder for my kids next school to confirm her admission. I am demanding Leaving certificate nor the school is allowing her to pursue amt asked is not affordable to me in current situations, nor getting release for huge amt taken by existing school so I can enroll my ward to affordable Education system .
