Subject: Removal of Name( Anamitra Nandi )from the Group of Grade X[protected], inspite of CBSE Registration done for Gr X Board in 2020.
Due to sudden COVID 19 epidemic our world has become a global hospital, where our entire student community also has suffered due to diversion of their main streams suddenly.
All countries are striving to implement to maintain COVID-19 guidelines strictly to avoid contagious infections. In this situation, my son's school MLZS, recognized as the longest chain of schools for better future, has formulated the Guidelines that parents should come to school, clear their dues, if any, and then collect report card. Only then the students will be eligible to get services to attend online Session from the school.
In this epidemic situation school authorities must aware that all terms and conditions Signed by parents during admission are not valid other than COVID-19 guidelines.
Although as per WhatsApp intimation I came to Know that my son Anamitra cleared Std IX Exams in all the papers in previous final exams and didn't have any backlog of any papers.
Due to very precarious conditions that I had to face, I had to take Special initiative to protect myself. My son Anamitra is living with me alone since my wife had shifted to Kolkata to look after the Higher Education of my elder son, which the school authorities are quite aware and I informed the same to class teacher, Principal and others concerned persons of the school from time to time on different occasions.
When all the schools are closed in this planet, each student is confined in a room, detached from friendship bonding as well as without outdoor activities. And all these new situations may result in developing lots of psychological / mental disorders with the student . In particular, specifically in this situation, Online Connection
is the only we can make a bridge some how as a best immediate alternative with the student that's make a great strength of student psychologically, morally and of course it is student.
In many other occasions in different situations of school authorities action, attitude and planning results my son as well as to me completely lost of total faith on this great school.
I have already paid Rs 22, 000/- and Rs 5, 200/- ( approx) towards books for std IX[protected]and collected report card of Std VIII along with books in the month of Oct, 2020. Due to sudden drastic drop in my income on account of COVID-19, I was not in a position to pay the amount as demanded by the school and all this which I have informed the authorities at the time of payment .
It was a matter of great shock, it hit me like a bolt from the blue, when One of school teacher named Sini Madam removed my Son's name from the group of the students from the class on 18th March 2021. I am sure that she did not realize the consequences that my son had to face, due to removal of my Son's name from the group of the students from the class. It clearly demonstrates Teacher's barbaric act, mean attitude, very low inferior affection of Student Teacher bonding, and generally failing in her duties as a teacher. I do not know whether she did all these things on her own or with the knowledge of the School authorities.
After this barbaric incidence lt totally lacking required sympathy and humane approach, I have had the following communication with English Teacher, EVS teachers( Shivani Ma'am, )April 2021. I conveyed and urged them that should not remove my Son's name from the group of students from his class this way.
Even in the month of May2021, when payment recovery person Called I conveyed to him the details of Payment done by me as well as the condition of my son that he is suffering many psychological disorders due to the drastic action of the School. I even informed him that I am forced to consult doctors as remedial step.
He did assure me that he will convey all these things to the authorities about this incidence.
In spite of given information to all every time school authorities are quite showing ruthless, cruel and revenge like action not only to me but also to my son and authorities remains strict with their whimsical rule.
I must vehemently reiterate here that the school can not / should not avoid or bypass or ignore their responsibility towards my son. By their inhumane act, they have demoralized, demotivate, humiliated as well as spoilt his enthusiastic approach towards any achievements in Academics, sports as well as other extra curricular activities.
Due to prolonged COVID 19 Lockdowns in May, June and my isolation from my Son due to COVID-19 symptoms, though staying in the same premises, have developed more untoward aggression in my son to do anything. And now situation is out of my control and expected more deterioration in his condition and even DEATH.
I do not have any intention to drag the school authorities to face legal/constitutional action due to their ruthless behaviour to my son, but the condition of my son is so pathetic that I never imagined even my in dreams, i never ever believed that it would happen and I would be forced to seek the proper justice.
The decision of the School authorities to demand full school fees is absolutely unethically, wrong, inhumane and not justifiable. Different Courts in India have pronounced time to time that Schools should not overcharge in these Pandemic situation and warned them to desist from collecting undue fee due to online Sessions.
Before any further worsening of the condition of my son, I cordially and humbly appeal to the School authorities to take proper remedial steps for my son and admit him in the group of students from his class from immediate effect.
School Authorities must have certainly observed the following worthy performances of my son in Academic as well as other activities before this ruthless incidence of dropping him from the group of students from his class.
Join in std VIII in MLZS in 2019.
〰️Achieved Gold Medal in International Mathematics Olympiad in the same year( certificate yet to collected from school)
〰️ Sports spirit to any sports activities as recommended by school sports Teacher.
〰️Very enthusiastic approach to learn by nature.
〰️Very strong English Language skills as per teacher's views.
〰️ Very good health with strong immunity power by medical report.
I here promise to pay any reasonable balance of fees as and when the lock-down imposed by the Government eases and in turn I become financially little better off.
We only want school authorities views about their next step.
