[Resolved]  Jaipur Golden Transport Company — One kinetic scooter not received at ludhiana after booked 15 days before

Dear Sir,

Myself Nityanand Roul working in Ultratech Cement kotputli dist-Jaipur have booked a kinetic two wheeler & it was supposed to deliver at ludhiana .An employee of our store sent & booked the scooty at Kotputli in Jaipur Golden Transport company ( Doc.No[protected] the person incharge mobile number is [protected] (who booked & given the receipt on 25th June insted of 25th may ) . It is already 15 days we have not received the scooty at ludhiana.At the time of booking he has told me you can get within 5 days of booking.

In the morning I spoke on [protected] the person replied me it is reached at ludhiana.While I spoke at ludhiana office on[protected],13,14 the madam replied me it has not come yet.Again I spoke on [protected] that the scooty has not reched there. Then he told me I am on leave today. After that I spoke at jaipur office on [protected] he replied that We are sending it now & it will deliver the day after tomorrow.

Like this we as a customer have been facing this type of cheating cases by the transport company.


I would like to request you that kindly to look into the matter & do the needful asp.
