Sunshine Express Cargo & Logistics — Goods not received till date

Hi, We had a very bad experience with Sunshine Cargo (AWB: 56944). I booked an cargo with household items in Singapore on 7th July 2013 for 70kgs and made the full payment upfront. We were told that within 30-40days, items will reach Mumbai. However its now already 3 months and we did not received our goods. Everytime we try to reach them; they keep quoting the delay in Tuticorin customs for clearing the consignments. If these kind of delays are expected; why was it not mentioned upfront so that we can choose an alternate provider? More importantly, we are concerned about the condition of clothes in the package. Can you please help in getting our goods faster and take appropriate action against the provider to not misguide the customers with delivery times? Regards Prasanth [protected]
