I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Moksh Abroad Education Agency regarding the non-refund of my security deposit and other fees paid in relation to my admission to Orel State Medical University. Below are the details of my complaint:

I resided in the hostel from January 21, 2023, to June 2023. Despite multiple assurances from Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha, a representative of Moksh Abroad Education Agency, I have not yet received my refund.
Furthermore, in response to my recent emails, the agency has disseminated false information among parents and students, attributing statements to the university and its esteemed dean, which constitutes a serious act of provocation and is legally punishable under the Indian Penal Code. Additionally, Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha has falsely claimed to be a professor at Oryol State Medical University, engaging in fraudulent activities that have tarnished the university's reputation.
I have been patient and cooperative, but now I find myself compelled to seek assistance from the appropriate authorities. I kindly request your agency to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that I receive the refund of the aforementioned amounts at the earliest.

Moreover, the constant false assurances, blocked communications, and the dissemination of misleading information have caused immense mental distress. The frustration and anxiety stemming from this ordeal have affected my academic performance and overall well-being. The lack of resolution and the feeling of being deceived have been deeply distressing, and I urge the authorities to take swift and decisive action to address this matter.
I kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter. If I do not receive a response or if the payments are not made promptly, I will have no choice but to take further action, including legal recourse and seeking assistance from the Russian Police to recover the funds withheld by the contractor and the agency. Additionally, I will consider involving the media to bring this issue to public attention.
