Hello Respected Authorities,
This is regarding the high electricity bill generated every month by imposing Anklit khapat even though there is no problem in electricity meter. I have complained about it multiple times via company online portal and by contacting customer care as well.
The recent incident is that they gave an average bill for July month and then a bill for 2 months consumption in August month but they did not minus the average bill. I have raised a complaint for this as well and it has been more than 12 days, no action has been taken.
My complaints are closed without any action in past as well and they keep imposing the Anklit khapat.
My senior citizen parents stay in that house and these guys harass them mentally every month.
I want to request please do not impose any Anklit khapat and generate the bill honestly for the actual consumption only. We do not need any subsidy as well.
