Mphasis The Next Applied — pf transfer : pf account number: kn/16573/126972

Address: mphasis pvt. ltd, provident fund team,bagmane world technology center wtc 3,1st floor , b block , outer ring road,mahadevapura, doddanekundi village, 560048

I was working in mphasis the next applied and after leaving mphasis i applied for pf transfer online. They manage there own pf and while applying online i am getting this error "details of previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed."

I raised so many tickets but didn't get any resolution.

Please help me out in getting my pf amount transfer to my new account.
