I am Monika Bhalodia and I paid 15000 rs for data entry job work and I was supposed to get work and payment every month. But Company has stopped payment and since last few months I am taking follow up with Bhadrik Panchal and on other mobile numbers of office but they are not giving proper answers & telling that they will give call back but did not get any single call from them. Now NOT picking up my call at all.
Around 4 months back, Bhadrik Panchal gave me a cheque but then he himself cancelled that cheque So I got penalty as well. They do literally cheating customers. I did not get money but I need to pay penalty because of he cancelled cheque.
I had also done work worth rs 14500 and he is denying to give any money. Please see attached image.
Please let me know what legal action to take next against this kind of cheater company. I can also provide cheque details that Bhadrik Panchal had given to me and then he cancelled it.
