[Resolved]  Mpoket — Payment issue with Mpokket loan app

I am an IT professional working in Bangalore, due to some personal reason I had to take a 2000-RS Loan from Mpokket mobile application. When the due date comes, I have paid the money back to Mpokket using phone pay which I used to do. On 03-MAR-2022 09:21:04 PM I made the payment but i got a payment failed message as soon as I paid the amount but money is deducted from my federal bank account([protected]) and UTR number for the transaction was[protected].

According to Mpokket my payment was due, but I actually paid. Since it was an failed transaction I have paid the due once again with the amount of 2240- to avoid further interest . This transaction was completed successfully and from the Mpokket application I could see that the amount was credited successfully.

Later I have reached the Mpokket financial team about the refund of my amount (2240) via email at 9th March 10.00 pm IST and till now I haven't got the money back. They have informed me to check with Phone Pay hence I raised a complaint with PhonePay(Ticket number[protected] and they have told me that they can’t do anything on this issue and asked me to check with the Federal bank.

Then i have raised an compliant with federal bank (Complaint number-ccn2-65227 and ccn2-57467)they have told me that according to federal bank it was a successful transaction and federal bank can’t return the money and asked me to check with Mpokket.

At present I have lost my money and Mpokket or Federal bank is not helping me here. I request your help on this issue to return my money with interest.
