I had been using mpokett since 2017 and almost never had issues . The service was great and initially the interest rate was really very low . Basically they charged ₹50 for a 1 month tenure loan and added ₹50 for each month added to the total repayment tenure . However when cocid hit our my bank servers were too busy and I failed to make a few payments on time . Id even written to the mpokett team regarding the issue . Up until this point I had never delayed a single payment by even a single second . I repayed all the loans as my bank servers were stable . However soon after that my limit just dropped to 0 . Despite writing to the team on multiple occasions I never got a response not did my limit ever increase . So I request the mpokett team to kindly look into this and reinstate my credit limit as I've never delayed my repayments expect for that small stretch due to covid and have been a user for quite sometime .
