Mpokket Finance — Harrassing Over call and messages

I have taken loan on mpokket in the covid situation and then my father passes away due to covid, and currrently i m not n the situation to pay loans but i m trying to convience them on call to reduce the excess interest they have applied on it making the amount double, reduce the excess interest and then i wil pay the loan
