[Resolved] MPSC Online Website — Website not working properly

I was trying to create new profile but at second level i can't go further as i mention State, District, Taluka and all details correctly many times but it did't save. There are many small issues coming at the time of new profile creating.

I am not able to select the Caste validity option as i am creating a new profile.

Am not able to select the options in profile creation particularly cast, Domicile Details etc.
and finally, I skipped the application
