Mr North India Finserv Ltd. — Fraud in selling policy of reliance general insurance

Hello Team,

fraud happen with me through your one of the agent advisor Mr North India Finserve Pvt ltd firm. They called me and told me that they are calling from General Body of Insurance Council, ( GBIC) pretext, last year. I had a, ongoing issue with my hdfc Insurance policy & they asked the details & claimed that i can help & can retrieve all my money from an insurance firm. But for this I need to opt for a new Reliance Nippon Policy

I have seen many complaints against them, but it seems neither Reliance nor any other govt body is interested to resolve the matter.

I need a quick response before proceeding for contacting my lawyer to file a suit against both parties.
