Mr. Quirk — order not delivered

I placed an order on mr. Quirk but did nit receive the delivery yet. The amount of the order is already paid. This is a very serious complain because i was expecting the delivery and had paid the money already. I have tried calling the number they have provided but the call could not be connected. I also have emailed them but did not receive any reply. The money must be refunded or the delivery must be done at the earliest as it is already 4 months that i've ordered. I hope there is any update regarding this complaint. Mr. Quirk has disappointed me.
