Regret to inform you that every time i renew my driving licence, my address has been printed correctly. While this time someone has altered my home address, deliberately, for the reasons best known to them.
As per your records, my address is:
56, chanchal smruti, g. D. Ambekar road,
Wadala, mumbai 400031.
However, in new driving licence wadala is missing and instead of 400031bit has been mentioned as 400057. Due to this i received licence almost after a month.
I request you to correct it and forward new driving licence.
