Dear sir I have transfer Rs 5500/ through NEFT with transaction No. KKBKH[protected] from Kotak a/c no. 79499681 to beneficiary Sbi A/c No. [protected] on 4/03/2015. He is denied that he did not recieved any amount till today .Till to day funds are not returned back to my A/C. I have caaled to many time in Kotak bank but they are saying that they are helpless and SBI is saying that fund has been transferred but they can not share the details with me.
Kindly help me.
