Dear sir/madam,

Would like to bring to your notice that, mr. Taposh kumar bhattacharya, director of smart-hire solutions (http://smarthire-solutions.in/), bangalore had contacted me through mobile for an job opportunity with jusco ltd., a tata group of company for jajpur project, orissa location for sr. Manager - piping position. As this job opportunity was with one of the renowned group companies, i got very much inclined towards the position & company. Then subsequently he told me that i need to pay him rs. 25000/- (Money paid on 22-june-2016) towards the tata steel recruitment process that includes personal aptitude test (Pat) which is online, documentation, scheduling interviews.

Initially, i was hesitant to give him the money, but he gave me 100% assurance of getting through the job offer. So, before i paid him the money i confirmed with him again and again, that if i fail in the online test then what? He said second chance will be given and for the online test passing marks is 13 out of 30. So, gradually i paid him the money, as i was in urgent need of a job as i was employed since 1st july 2016 due to employee layoff in my current organization coz of project crunch.

Subsequently i paid him the money and attempted the online test and then mr. Taposh told me that i have scored 19 out of 30, and i do not qualify for the further recruitment process as i have not scored the minimum passing marks of 70%, which is 21 out of 30 and to re-attempt for the test i need to pay him again rs. 25, 000/-. Latter when he told me contradicting statements about the passing marks & 2nd chance; i had a feeling of doubt on him, so i spoke with head hr of jusco ltd., and asked him their recruitment process. He clearly told me that recruitment process is totally undertaken by their hr team and the recruitment consultants only provide them with the relevant profiles only.

Then, i spoke with mr. Taposh regarding my conversation with head hr of jusco ltd. And asked him to refund my money, but he started rejecting my calls and also refraining to give my money back.
He also told me that he is an authorised recruiter of jusco ltd.

My humbly request, to kindly do not entertain such cheat recruiter, mr. Taposh kumar bhattacharya, director of smart-hire solutions, with your esteem organization who neither value the sentiments of the job seekers nor value the reputation of the organization in the market.

Sorry to see the comments. The candidate himself declared that he could not qualify the test. Also he had updated that his wife is a cancer patient. He could not present himself for f2f discussion at our Bangalore office. So if a candidate back out himself, what a consulting firm can do???

Regards,
Smarthire Solutions
He is cheating person like telling such stories so please don't trap on it.It's totally a fraud similar cases happend with one of my colleague. Don't send any money to him else you will not get anything only wastage of time and money.
This is a fraud consultancy company. Please dont get in trap. I had today a discussion and doubted on Tapos calibre as he was claiming Tata Steel HR Manager. Later he sent the following whatsapp by which I ensured that the conversation may lead to fraudulent claim and loss. This should go to Police and he should immediately be jailed. His chicken scratch is unemployed people who can do anything to get a Job!
