Dear Sir/Madam,
On the date of 20/12/24 my daughter Miss Monikornika Gogoi and her friend miss Sayanika Konwar has been booked BLR-CCU-DIB indigo flight ticket against the PNR no-o25BRZ. As per her booked ticket they have arrived Bengaluru airport morning around 6.50 AM and baggage issued & manual boarding pass received around 7.10 AM at your indigo counter inside of the airport premises. They have arrived boarding gate no-12 around 7.22AM before the boarding time and 45 minutes ahead of flight departure time but they have not allowed to enter inside of flight by your authority. In this regards I also informed you that I have tried mention ticket to security check in online before one day ago but system has been occurred error continuously. details evidence screenshot is attached.
About 10-15 nos of same. flight passengers were not allowed on that day due to extra booking against your flight seat capacity and boarding counter closed before on schedule time for first come first preference basis. It is totally illegal and due to this unfair activity my 17 years daughter and her friend faced this type of baseless problem. They have participated national badminton game at Bengaluru and returned on that day. My daughter requested your authority many times regarding boarding time because they have arrived before at 7.25 AM and your authority not allowed because actual reasons was extra booking against the flight seat capacity only. In this regards your authority assured them to arrange next flight and they have waited up to 12 PM onward but finally again told adjustments will subject to cancellation another passenger only. After got this type of nonscience replay I have booked her ticket freshly BLR-GUW flight by Air India Express, all supporting docs are attached.
Hence, indigo authority are requested to returned my entire ticket fair along with long time airport uncomfortable holding compensation at the earliest otherwise I will have go to legal way with proper evidence.
