Regarding Order #1201.
I have raised order #1201 on October 17, 2024 for Tiger Mallcom Leopard S1BG High Ankle Steel Toe Safety Shoes. I have received order successful mail on same day.

There is no update on tracking from last 5 days, hence I have contacted their customer care via whatsapp as well as mail. On whatsapp, I have received response from them with saying - May be your parcel is in warehouse, not picked up by courier company. I asked them to recheck again cause courier partner is having different words. Hence I called again to Mr. Akshay Choudhary and as per him, the parcel has been lost by logistics, share your bank details for refund. I have shared my ac details on 28th Oct, 2024 and till date I am following with them but no response. No response on call, mail and whatsapp.
