My name is smt. Putlo devi widow of ex hav. Late sh. Kirpa ram residing at vill. Thakoli p. O. Sihunta distt. Chamba himachal pradesh. The main problem arise with my csd card is that it is blocked by your department and now i'm unable to use this service. Now when i went to the office of sihunta to improve my card then they misbehaved with me and ignored me. Now i'm very disappointed that the csd department services are not well. They really don't care of consumer. I come here for regarding solving my problem.
