Mrs. Seema & Narendra Buga ( Husband & Wife ) — Fraud & Cheating, Investments in properties.

I wish to complain against Mrs. Seema Narendra Buga and Mr. Narendra Buga being husbans and wife who are cheating people living in Khar Danda, Khar west, Mumbai-400 052.
The duo collects money by way of Heavy Deposits from various people on the term that they will provide a Rent free accomodation of 1BHK/2BHK room to stay till the expiry of an agreement. Likewise they have collected Rs. 2/3/4/5/6/7 lacs from each of the person who have become their victims. These duo prepare agreements on which they mention fake address of the room and allot different room which is owned by third party on the verbal promise that they will pay rent for the allotted room to the victim to be paid to the owner. But unfortunately they only pay rent only for first 2/3 months to show honesty, faith and trust and then stop paying. Despite of varoius phone calls and communications they do not even bother to pay rent and even return the Heavy deposit money and if somebody among the victims go to demand for money they behave arrogantly and fight with the victims and Mrs. Seema Buga tears her own clothes and runs to the Police station and put fake atatement as the victim tried to molest and rape her. After listening to her statement the Police authoriries believes her statement and do no co-operate the victims.
Therefore it is my strong request to the Income tax department on behalf of all victims to take strict and severe action against these duo who have made plenty of money and inveatef in properties in different locations.
I have also lodged a written complaint to the PMO in this regard to put them behind bars u/s 420 of Indian Penal Code for cheating and fraud.
In their glass showcase cupboard you will find a huge bunch of agreement papers of the properties purchased from these so collected money.
