I have ordered a makeup set 20 days ago from articulate blush insta id through online . I have also done payment on May 23. They said u will recieve your products within 12 days, but it's being more than 12 days and I still didn't recieve my order. I have approached them through WhatsApp many time to enquire about my order but there is no proper response from them. I really don't what to do so please let me know when I will get my products.please make it as soon as possible. I have also attached the invoice for your reference. I need my products as soon as possible sir or else I will take the consequetive steps

I have order combo but yet I didn’t receive more than a month has been passed way if we track the order it showing as transit from day one I think dis ppl are fake they are collecting money from us on the name of product
