I Ordered the products on 6th October 2023 and I have not received it yet. Very poor customer service. I tried to contact them through Instagram but they have been ignoring my messages and not responding at all. I have been trying to call them on their numbers. Also sent an email but no response received on Instagram. I asked the handler when I will receive my products and they said in 2 to 5 day’s and they told me the same thing for five times. They also help me with the product tracking link and it says five days from last 20 days. When I asked them to give me my product, they said we will initiate your refund but I never asked for the refund. I asked for my products. I am confuse you are scamming people, why taking their money and not giving them if I don’t get the reply I am going to go further and complain to higher authorities. I know I have paid only Rs.450 but that is my money and you cannot take my money and not give me the products. Give me my products or send my Rs.450 back to my account or we are having a problem.
