I have bought 32 gb button camera through www.mrspy.in website (Cash on delivery)
My order number[protected].
First time got defective and mismatched product from www.mrspy.in.
So i raised complaint concern website through email request to [protected]@mrspy.in.
Today i got replacement product but this product (Order number[protected] also defective.
Now i again complaint about that button camera through same email address.
Refund my amount rs.1500/
www.mrspy.in website second time sent defective button camera to me.

I had bought a spy pen worth rs.1399/- from site : www.mrspy.in The product comes with life time warranty.I recieve faulted pen, the product I complained about it on their customer complaint email id : [protected]@mrspy.in and even placed many calls on their number
I want to place a consumer complain please help
