[Resolved]  M/s Arundhati Infratech Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar — Not paying money in return of acquired land by the builder

Address: Koraput, Odisha

I along with 2 of my co-employees of NALCO -Damanjodi
had given our lands at Jagasara-Bhubaneswar-Odisha to the builder M/s Arun dhati infratech pvt. ltd, BBSR. the owner/co-owner mr. Ashok sundra ray had to pay on exchange of our lands, but it is been almost 2 years passed, we are yet to receive our money.

the details of land area acquired by the builder from us:

RK BRAHMA : 20 GUNTHO
PROMILA BRAHMA: 5 GUNHTO
HARI HARA BEHERA: 5 GUNTHO
The builder has to pay Rs. one lakh per each gunth. but the conerned builder has been deliberately playing delaying tactic to embarrass three o[censored]s. please help us in this regard. we are helpless & hopeless.
