I am writing on behalf of my father which are not able to express their feelings because of illiterate. Our locality came under sra scheme for redevelopment and one builders approached us "m/s. Ask corporation" having office at "e wing/5a ground floor crystal plaza new link road andheri west mumbai-400053. The shop of my father is located at"room no-409 survey no-307 city survey n0-307/66a muttu mari nagar ramchandra lane, link road malad west mumbai - 400064 and now the builder is not giving the rent from last 2 years for alternate accommodation to the tenants. Daily my father is going to builder office but he is refusing to pay rent but putting big banners for promotions and booking of the sale building
On 29th april 2004 builder "m/s. Ask corporation" maded agreement with my father of 225 sq ft but now is refusing to give 225 sq ft now he is giving only 5.5 sq mt (59 sq ft) our shop is in patra by annexure-2 of proposed sra scheme
