[Resolved] Ms. — customer complaint - worst customer service and poor kent product | |||
Pathetic service and worst product We purchased kent ace mineral ro tm 7 on 16/10/2017. After a year o[censored]se, it started leaking and we called kent services. A person from novel aqua showed up on 31/01/2019 and the technician asked us to replace the whole tub itself which will cost 2100 inr including service charge. He said that gluing it with fewiquick is not advised as it will mix with water and also it might be only a temporary remedy as it may start leaking again. So we bought a new one. Within 48 days (18/03/2019) we observed breakage near the tap. Upon calling kent for service, the same person from novel aqua systems arrived for the repair. They are now refusing to replace it with a new one claiming that there is no warranty for the plastic item. After seeing that we spoke to kubera from novel aqua systems who rudely refused to provide replacement and asked me to contact kent directly instead of asking for an apology. Feviquick has been applied now though they had claimed that it is not a good solution to the problem during earlier service! So the question now is 1. How did water in contact with feviquick suddenly become the right solution though it might affect our health? 2. Is this the way for a customer service company to speak to a customer? 3. Why should customer bear the price for the poor quality spares and plastics being used? Was this information helpful? | |||
