Dear Sir/ Madam,
Myself Abhishek Banerjee, Permanent address- Nediar Para, Krishnanagar city, Dist.-Nadia, Pin-741101, have purchased a 601sqft flat in Dharitri Royal Enclave, Newtown (Action area-III, Kolkata -700135) location.
According to the Dharitri's declaration/ written commitment over the flat deed that the flat should have been handed over in the month of December 2021 whereas I have received my keys at the end of April 2022 but till now I have to stay at a rented house due to not availability of electric connection, water supply & other incomplete works.
Currently I have to pay rent of about 8.5k per month & monthly EMI of my flat which is going beyond my financial limit for Dharitri Infraventure Pvt. Ltd.'s negligence & breach of their written commitment.
Therefore, it is heartily requested to grant the aforementioned descriptions as a legal complaint against the builder & take necessary action at your end for arranging to provide the possession letter of my flat as soon as possible and also request you to compensate my room rents from the committed month (December 2021) to the month of providing necessary basic amenities as stated above.
Registration payment receipt & Proof of registration are being attached herewith for your reference.
