It is one of the most overrated academy promoting themselves through false information. First of all let me clear you that it is not at all a residential academy which they keep on promoting as India’s only residential ms dhoni cricket academy. Right now Gaikwad patil international school has given them only ground to use (like any other academies in the city) and not the hostel. So there is no residence for players near ground. To the horror they have taken few flats and duplexes all in depleted condition in an interior almost 15-20 kms from the ground in Sandesh city !!! My kids were left alone on 5th floor of isolated flat, without bed without any care taker.
Lured us by saying a residential academy - when you say residential academy, I will by default assume that it is nearby the ground or within gaikwad patil school. The owner of the academy and SGR Sports Academy Nagpur, Mr. Mangesh raut, not even once told us that residence is a diplated flats 15-20 kms away from ground. I registered for 3 day summer camp for my 2 kids ( 10yrs old and 13 years old), paid 10, 000/- Rs in cash to Mr. Mangesh raut, no receipts, no acknowledgement. Left them at 6 PM halfheartedly after knowing that their residency is too far from the ground. From 7:00 pm they were left alone at the 5th floor of flat that has nothing. No bed sheets, No drinking water . No body else in the floor!!!. This was till 9:30 pm with multiple phone calls with mr mangesh raut - promising making arrangement in 10 minutes. At 11:00 PM I drive with my wife from Nagpur and bring my kids back from that haunted place with due permission from Mr. Mangesh raut.
A horrible experience for kids as well as us and understood a lesson that just having big name of MS Dhoni, does not means professionalism. Mr Mangesh raut promised refund. Assured twice on whatsapp to my wife that payment will be made tomorrow. But tomorrow never came. I warn all the parents to think twice before handing your kids to the man who cannot keep his words.
