We have booked 2 consignments of material with docket number : — dtd 19.10.2019 to kia motors ltd., anantapur, a. P (3box). And another docket number — dtd 19.10.2019 to west coast paper mills ltd (1box). However material was wrongly delivered to west coast paper mills ltd. The material of kia motors ltd (1box) got delivered to west coast paper mills ltd and material of kia motors not delivered till now, material is still lying in transporter anantapur godown. Regardless of several calls, the safe express consignment team is making excuses, due to which our payment has been on a halt.
