[Resolved]  M/s. Gs Medical College And Hospital, Pilkhuwa - 245304 — Not receiving the rent, & non renewal of agreement

I have two flats in Dinesh Nagar, Pilkhuwa, District Hapur, UP - 245304, which are rented out ot M/s. GS Medical College and Hospital, Railway Station, Pilkhuwa.

The tenant has not paid the rent for last four months (i.e. February 2023 to May 2023). The rent agreement also expired which is also not renewed by the tenant, however, several verbal reminders was made.

The Rented Flats Numbers are Tower 5, Flat No. C33 & C34.

request you to please help me to received the rent and to get the possession of my property.
