I was travelled from Mumbai to Pune on 29th June in the afternoon between 3 PM to 5 PM. My Car number is MH03 CK0421. I was charged 240 Rupees at Khalapur toll plaza and when I was reached Talegoan toll Plaza due to negative balance I was asked to pay 480 Rupees. I have paid total 720 rupees toll for bad and work on progress roads and this is just for 108 KM distance.
Simple question is when I already paid 240 rupees at Khalapur why I have been forced to pay 480 rupees instead of 160 rupees (double toll as per rule). Request you to please refund my 320 rupees ASAP.
Also, I need justification for the charges and since this huge scam against the people who travelling on Mumbai Pune, Highway. Want strict action to be taken against such loot and rude behaviour.
