I was very encouraged when you took charge as Railway Minister of India.
I am Lakshyadhar Das working as AC Coach Attendant in North-East Frontier
Railway under Firm "M/s Khagaul Loco Labour Co-Operative Society Ltd". Sir
I am writing this email as I have been cheated by this firm under which I
have been employed. I am sorry to inform you that I am not happy with this
firm how they are operating. Here are some issues that I would like to
bring to your notice:-
1. We have not been provided my fixed salary monthly which was promised
earlier
2. When I joined I was promised to pay Rs 24 per hour but they are paying
only Rs 8 per hour.
3. They do not provide any medical assistance to us while on duty.
4. They ask for additional money as bribe to assign us duty or else we need
to sit out.
5. This Contractor firm (M/s Khagaul Loco Labour Co-Operative Society Ltd)
do not have any registered office in Guwahati.
Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against this
contractor firm (M/s Khagaul Loco Labour Co-Operative Society Ltd) to save
us from being unemployed again and to do our duty sincerely.
