M/s. Millenium Handicrafts — fraud for not refunding my balance amount

We have supplied you authentic & proper quantity product each & everytime Miss Kinjal Parekh (Partner at Emroot) which you have mentioned above as well. But the wrong thing is, you have mentioned that we are charging you for wrong and you have not received anything. Fortunately we have proofs of courier slips & images of all the samples and designs that were made upon your request without any payment and then cancelled from your end. We haven't demanded those amount just because we thought dealings will be smooth in future and we shall be able to recover that amount in good value orders but actually retail qty orders doesn't covers up the samples development expenses. Hence, we politely said no to work with you due to lack of commitments following from your end and not matching our payment terms discipline.
Either pay the samples charge or else get a debit note from us and balance amount in your A/c. Do not try to affect the reputation of a fully legal and ethics following company.

Mr Tauqeer Hussain claiming about the samples & the related documents are not wrong but out of the 2 samples received one was a silver mirror tray which was sent few months ago & was received in a damaged condition that was intimidated to Mr Tauqeer immediately with image of the broken PC at the time we had received & he did say he will not charge anything for that PC & nothing about the same was mentioned since last 5 months.

The second sample which was an MDF sticker pasted tray the cost of which quoted was within 200 rs. The print of the same was also taken from the net & not designed by them, during the time of the sample making he did not mention that they will
Charge for the sample, he quoted us the price for the actual product for the order.
Now after 5/6 months, when my balance amount is with him he is adding these charges which was not communicated during sending them. These I again mention were samples & charges for the samples were never discussed until they had to refund our balance amount. Now Mr. Tauqeer is saying until we clear that amount he will not refund.
This is truly a matter of no intention of refunding our amount. If he had the intention of refunding he would not have waited for so long if his payment regarding the samples were pending.

This is clear that they do not have any intention of payment our money back.
