Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been an employee of MRM Honda, Meham Road, Bhiwani, Haryana who is a two wheelers dealer authorised by Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India Pvt Ltd(HMSI ). During the course my job I have seen many malpractices carried on by MRM Honda which literally I would say Unfair trade practice and loot. No single customers been spared who purchased two wheelers . It could be on FINANCE, CSD and cash. MRM Honda is looting the customers on every front during sale of new vehicle Following are the details of the heads of overcharging
A. SALES
1. That when any customer VISITED to purchase new ACTIVA 110 CC, following are the details given to the customers and charged accordingly
Ex Showroom Price PLUS
Registration Fees which is 6500/- it includes Tax + 800 additional charge for SDM Office and Dealer himself. PLUS
Rs 1499/- Kit comprising High security no plate (HSRP)+ Online Passing (OP)+ Tuflon Coating+ Temporary number (Temp No.), it is worthwhile to mention here in that HSRP, OP and Temp. No are included in the registration fees, it means MRM Honda is charging the same twice. PLUS
Insurance Rs 6500/- but actual insurance value is Rs 5850/- PLUS
Accessories Rs 4360/- but actual value is 3300/-even MRM Honda Is dealing in non-genuine accessories which are of lesser price. PLUS
Extended Warranty Rs 950/- but actual value is 850/-
IN CASE OF FINANCE EVERY SALES EXECUTIVE OF FINANCE COMPANIES LIKE INDUS IND BANK, CHOLAMANDLAM FINANCE, IDFC BANK ETC ARE DIRECTED TO OVERCHARGE RS 3500/- FROM THE CUSTOMERS, OUT OF THAT 2500/- ARE OF DEALER HIMSELF AND REMAINING RS1000/- GIVEN TO THE EXECUTIVE OF THE FINANCERS

So, keeping in view of the same MRM Honda is charging app Rs 5700/- in excess.
I please to draw your attention towards unauthorize sales points operated on behalf of MRM Honda Bhiwani. The same practice of overcharging on Finance customers is carried on. All the detailed locations are AUTHORISE SERVICE CENTRE (ASC), only authorise to do services of the vehicles. They are not authorised to sell the vehicles and they are doing the sale its illegal. Billing of the vehicles is doing by MRM Honda, Bhiwani even delivery been given by one of these points.

6. RD Honda Prop Ravi M. [protected]

All these networks also indulged in all the above activities and looting customers. Each and every Networks are overcharging Rs 3500/- from every customer purchasing two wheelers on finance. So, MRM Honda is looting each and every customer approaching to the main dealership at Bhiwani or networks.

I am hereby attaching few documents namely Pre delivery Inspection (PDI), At one side of the PDI there is details of the customer and vehicle purchased and another side there is details of the payment to be given by the customer to the cashier before delivery of the vehicle. In attached detail vehicle sold is an ACTIVA DX MODEL to Mr Naresh resident of Saini Mohalla, Bhiwani on finance. If we go through his details of payment given where in RC Charges shown as 6800/- and additional HYPOTHECATION Charges as Rs 800/-, means Rs 7600/- in total, in actual RC charges is 6484/- which includes HYP charges. MRM Honda also charged Rs 1570/- of KIT which includes HSRP, Temp number, and Online Passing. The vehicle was sold on finance.

I hope a necessary action would be taken against MRM Honda and all detailed networks.
I shall be thankful to you for the same.
IN CASE NO ACTION BE TAKEN AND THE SAME LOOT WILL BE ON I SHALL BE BOUND TO APPROCH LEGAL AUTHORITIES. SO PLEASE STOP THIS LOOT.
