M/s Neg Construction Contracting Llp — Unregistered Project, Illegal Pre-Sales - Springfield Kovalam Project

This is an urgent public buyer awareness and due diligence complaint regarding M/s NEG Construction Contracting LLP for their unapproved residential project named 'Springfield', located behind Christ College, Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram.

The project lacks valid K-RERA registration. Suo-Moto proceedings were initiated under File No: KRERA/T1/1892/2025, and their online application (File No: T1/OL/062/2026) was not accepted / rejected. Despite lacking registration, social media ads (@spring_field_villa_) claim 16 out of 40 villas are sold. Marketing or soliciting advances for an unregistered project violates Sections 3 & 59 of the RERA Act, 2016.
