Fraudulent Advances: They continuously demand heavy, out-of-turn advances under the false pretext of "money rotation" or needing to procure materials.
Fake Deliveries: The Director, Vibhor, will repeatedly claim that materials (like glass or woodwork) are "in his car" or "coming in 2 days." These materials never arrive, even after taking advances for them multiple times.
Project Abandonment: The moment they successfully collect the vast majority of the total project cost (over 75%), they completely abandon the site.
Endless Delays: They have missed multiple extended deadlines stretching from May to July. Instead of working, they give fake daily updates claiming "work will start tomorrow, " while the site sits entirely empty with no workers present.
Unprofessional Conduct: They divert your funds to other projects and only respond to clients who shout or threaten police action. Polite and professional clients are completely ignored, and their trust is taken for granted.
