M/s Niranjanam Marketing Shiv Talkies Chowk Bilaspur C. G. — neither supply of material nor refund of money

I purchased one body cover for my car on7/03/2018 for my wagonr car. The shopkeeper at the time of fitting found it not suitable in size and no any other piece available in shop could be fitted. I requested to refund the money (Rs. 1200.00) paid by me for cover. Shopkeeper flatly refused to refund the money and is insisting to take any other thing but it will be useless for me. Complaint is being lodged for kind proper relief.
