Ms. Radha Doraiswamy — sim card no: [protected]

I was yr customer till oct.2017. I wanted my above mentioned sim to be deactivated. It was done systematically by mr. Dinesh babu ([protected]) and also by another gentleman mr. Dinesh babu ([protected]). The 2nd person forwarded my letter and he says he promptly submitted my letter for deactivation and was done. Despite all that i have been receiving tortured mails. I referred to 2nd person, he told me the would take 90 days. So i ignored it. But on 15.01.2018 i received a legal threat, the 2nd person told me to wait. Being a senior citizen i can't remain calm and unaffected.
I request the authorities concerned to take necessary measures and send a mail to me or a written report about the deactivation details.
