Yes, this needs to be taken seriously by the owner and management . My dad was the employee of this company and we faced many hard ships at the very early age due to this closure . We didn't had money to have proper education . This ppl have no rights to spoil hundreds and thousands of innocent children of employees and their wife's . Should give a severe punishment apart from penalty.

Dharmesh jain has no shame even god has given him punishment by depriving his wife, another thing his advocate hutotsi tawadia forgetting paper in the car when there was hearing on 17/1/2018, and judge also hear that & agree, judge wanted to her go & bring paper from car, giving time.money makes work.why judge is delaying to give verdict, let the case stand in high court, bloody i will f to all this dharmesh jain followers.
Even my father is suffering since last 18 years and also our famimy had suffered a lot.When is this going to resolve...? What gov of maharashtra is doing? What courts are doing?Why no media taking stangs against dharmesh jain and highlight Ralliwolf case and try to give justice to all innocent employees of Ralliwolf.
"Justice delayed is justice denied"and for Ralliwolf employees this is very much relevant now. Almost 18 years after the closure of the Factory at Mulund, the case is still being fought in the labour court, dates after dates are liberally granted, many judges retired after hearing the cases and still no sign of settlement. This shows the lapses in the system. Disputes related to employees settlement of wages/dues/compensation in a closed organization should be fast tracked and should not be allowed to go beyond a reasonable period of time (say 3-4 Years), dragging the case beyond this period will only protect the interest of the Management. Ralliwolf employees have all the rights to get their reasonable dues which is justifiable for their long and patient wait, after going through many hardship and sacrificing their family life, The Management ( Nirmal Group) should open their eyes atleast now and come out with a good offer, which will only enhance their image, rather than delaying further which will not help any one.
My father in Law Devram Elave lost his house at byculla coz of survival with family, and still no justice yet he got.
