M/S Rukmani Motors Pvt. Ltd, Indore — Complain regarding charge excess amount.

Dear Sir, I purchased a SWIFT DZIRE ZDI BS iv, with your dealer M/S Rukmani Motors Pvt. Ltd., Indore (M.P.) Dealer Code is[protected] on 29th March 2015 . The Chasis No.673828 & Engine No.2516457. The dealer charged RTO Amount from me Rs.56543/-, but actual RTO charges that is paid by the dealer to the RTO office Rs.( 52743+700+40+30) 53513/-, for me. The difference amount Rs.3030/- is still pending with the dealer and dealer is not ready to return my balance amount, I went many times in the office of the dealer to received my above balance amount, but dealer is not ready to return my whole balance amount.
