They are take my address and Post Office for send my parcel, confirm my order and on the date 10/10/2019 they are send my parcel in to post office at Adra Main Branch and called me sir your parcel reached at your post office kindly you go and pay the money of Rs. 4, 100/- and collect your parcel. I go and received my parcel from adra post office at morning 11.36 a.m... My parcel order is a VIVO V15 PRO BLUE color mobile set. And its cost is Rs.4100/-. When I received my parcel from adra post office from parcel manager hand and he take Rs.4100/- from me then I open my parcel near him and other persons available I see and shocked they are cheat and fraud with me. There have nothing any vivo v15 pro mobile; there have three things - a belt, a money purse and a card holder. After I called them they are told me sir I’m sorry by mistake these products are send our agent go near you next day at 12 o clock exchange your product or given to your money back whatever you want. Time is over but he is not coming after again I called them told me same sir our agent goes at 4 p.m...Finally no agent is come. I told them I want return my money but they not take any legal action and also doing misbehave with me. I have full evidence regard them. The company do cheat / fraud with me.
