Attached herewith correspondence ( attached in photos ) with the service provider regarding the issues faced by me and further forced me to stop replying to the service provider.
However ready to pay cheque of Rs 636.00 as per trailing mail subject to following conditions :
- The cheque will be handed over to the authorized person carrying the authorized certified letter giving authorization signed by the highest authority of the service provider. ( The copy of clause of the Service provider Board of Directors meeting for passing the power of attorney to the highest authority to give authorization to collect the payments should also be given along with the authorization )
- The authorized person shall give the receipt of the amount .
Awaiting the authorized person along with above documents so as to give the cheque of Rs 636.00 for the full and final settlement. Requesting this within seven days of this date orelse the claims given vide trailing mail of LEGAL NOTICE Ref :- M25/NOV/192/MOB dated 30.11.2018 by you will be treated as null & void.
With this there should no be any further communication from you as well the service provider and the connection stands deactivated as it was & will remain in future.
