Dear ma'am/sir,
1. This letter shall serve as a repeated request to refund my full amount of rs 5, 52, 975/- (Five lakh fifty two thousand nine hundred seventy-five rupees) with interest at the earliest.
2. As you know, i had already withdrawn my application no. Applam\000313\1920 from your project "lok awas" in "may-2020".
The reason was the unwanted delay and failure of commitment that was made on "04-nov-2019" by your company.
3. Sadly, i had lost my trust in your company due to the following reasons:
False assurance was given by your company to get the loan approved from sbi within 03 months. Unfortunately, i waited for more than (10) months and did not receive any intimated reason from you for the prolonged delay and uncertainty.
Without getting the loan sanctioned from sbi, your company sent a demand letter dated 11.03.2020 and reminder letters dated (17.05.2020, 03.06.2020, 18.06.2020, 08.07.2020, 05.08.2020, and 24.08.2020) to make the payment of the outstanding amount.
Your company sent an email dated 19.06.2020 that forced me to make the payment for the outstanding amount of rs 2, 65, 428 within 15 days against the terms and spirit of the agreement.
4. Besides, due to the covid-19 crisis, i have lost my job and have no source of income left. My whole family is financially dependent on me.
5. It is my hard-earned money that i have already paid (25% bsp) to your company as per your instructions.
6. Therefore, it is a humble request to you kindly refund the said amount at the earliest.
Your cooperation in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
