Srno 18/2A/21 has severe electricity drop issue.. once in a month they say it's a cable fault and electricity is cut down for atleast 12 hours now consider the date 3rd January electricity was cut down for 24 hours and if we go in gokulnagar office to complaint no one listen to the complaint and helpline number are as usual always busy.. please someone look into the issue.. even if small problem occurs electricity goes for atleast 4 to 5 hours.. considering pandemic many have work from home how will they manage.. if in a city like pune this is the condition how can the citizen adjust..
