I have given written complaint on 28th DEC. 2015 to the MSEB Manjari office for faulty meter and also paid the meter testing charges 150/- (as a Challan in Ajit Co-operative bank) on the same day.

MSEB employee told me that in 1 or 2 days your problem will address but after many follow ups by doing calls and visiting offices regularly to meet the respective managers no one came to my home and address the issue. after 1 month I got the electricity bill of Rs. 16, 500.

I took that bill with me on 1st FEB 2016 and met the MSEB manager then next day one employee came to my home and meter took off for testing and replaced another meter for current meter reading and he told me after getting testing report MESB will issue another meter or repaired the old one.

I am using the same testing meter till now and no one came to my home to install the new meter after many follow ups and also bill due date were gone it was on dt. 17th FEB 16.

Please do the necessary action to resolve the issue.
