Msed Co. Ltd. — excess bill consumer no. [protected]

Dear msed team,

Month of june i received bill rs. 1140.00 with the unit 156 no. Meter reading was locked (Running reading locked & prvs reading 11488)

Same thing done by month of july
Month of july i received bill rs. 1120.00 with the unit 156 no. Meter reading was locked (Running reading locked & prvs reading 11488)

And now msed captured (Running reading 12261 & prvs reading 11488
Total unit 773) bill amount given to me 3290.00 then i was visited near msed for reducing bill amount & spoken with the msed staff, they said me we already minus your prevs bill amount with the current bill that's why you bill became 3290.00 when i said him, you are minus the amount instead o[censored]nit.
Then they said we minus only bill amount not to unit it's means we are paying double tax which is cheating with the customer

Like:- my june & july month bill unit 156+156=313
& current month unit 773 so my expectation was there you have to done 773-313=460 & we receive bill as per 460 unit.
