It is very disappointing to see that you are leaving a negative review and misplacing the blame on us, even after putting our sincere efforts to get the best of the situation.

At MSinGermany, we adhere to a professional code of conduct. We have a large number of students who enrol with us and get admission to German Universities. Hence before putting across unfaithful reaction like this we would request you to get your facts straight.

From the description that you have written, we are not even sure if you are talking about our Company. Our process doesn't include writing any emails to Universities. In fact, we have a very clear path for anyone who enrols for the Package. We have a clearly defined procedure for shortlisting Universities, preparing the documents and applying to the Universities. You have totally twisted the facts about being responsive too. We have dedicated counsellors and we also provide our students with the phone numbers of respective Team Leads and Managers. We one person didn't respond, you always have a choice of escalating the matter to senior management. Secondly, Manju was in the sales team and perhaps not the right person to provide you with any update regarding your application process.

We have well-recorded 'Timeline' of events which is transparent and visible to our Students also on their Dashboard. As per your 'Timeline', as soon as we received your order, we started with our usual workflow. However, in the process, when we needed your input and you were not available on phone calls and not responsive on e-mails as well. We made countless attempts to connect with you via Calls, Emails and text messages. We have records for at least 20 calls which went unanswered from your end during the crucial phase of your application process. Your inputs are important because we can not finalize anything until you give us a go.

Please understand that the completion of the order depends on the responsiveness on both ends. We cannot apply to Universities until you finalize the University list and the LORs, SOPs, and CV according to your predisposition. We have a number of call and email logs in our internal system wherein we made sincere efforts to reach you so you don't miss the deadline. We were forced to close the order since we did not receive any response from you.

We believe that our staff tried to deal with the situation in the best possible way. However, we still apologize for the inconvenience caused. I took their (msingermany.co.in) 80k package and in the start they said they evaluated my profile and there are so many subjects and universities I can apply to but 1st I've to pay them then only they will show me shortlisting, so I paid them. My counselor Varshini told me she will definitely get me an admit in the first intake itself but nothing was like that the subjects they told me before taking their package now I wasn't eligible to apply for.
I already had 1 year wasted and with their consultancy my 1 more year got wasted.
I'm a microbiology student and after waisting my time they gave me an admit in chemistry as she forced me if you want admit you should go with chemistry. This is horrible I don't have this background and now my all money is gone as they are not refunding me anything.
